| Elicina Europe: refund policy If you wish to return a product, send it back to us within 7days for a full refund of the purchase price. If a product is faulty, we shall be happy to replace it subject to receipt and inspection of the returned item. Should you change your mind about a purchase and wish to return it, a full refund can be given provided the product is unused and in saleable condition, complete with original packaging. In this case, the cost of returning the item must be borne by the customer.
