About Elicina Cream

Shaving and other hair removal methods often irritate the hair follicle to the point of causing pain, heat, redness, swelling and eruption-like skin reactions. INGREDIENTS

Elicina is extracted from the secretions left on it's paths by the snail "Helix Aspersa Muller". The very same secretions that give this snail the ability to quickly regenerate its shell and skin whenever damaged.

It contains the following skin friendly ingredients and properties:

1. Allantoin and skin regeneration peptides is what makes skin renewal possible. The snail itself has the capacity to regenerate its own skin and shell if broken by using calcium, obtained through its diet and the action of Allantoin. It is also an anti-oxidant, which helps fight off free-radicals, the scavengers that damage skin and speed the ageing process.

2. Proteins and Vitamins resulting in richness and softness of the skin. These proteins and vitamins are obtained from the snail's diet, rich in vegetables containing these properties.

Elicina requires no mixing and no preparations before use. You can now use your preferred method of hair removal. A thin layer of Elicina Cream should be massaged into the skin twice a day every day to control acne and prevent future ingrown hairs, razor bumps and skin irritations.

Elicina Cream does not contain moisturisers; therefore we recommend you apply the moisturiser of your choice after Elicina Cream to avoid excessive dryness or tightness produced by the exfoliant action of the snail extract. This will supplement the action of the cream in promoting a supple, revitalized skin. The balm is in more liquid form and does not require a moisturiser.

INSTRUCTIONS: Use the cleansing product of your choice and/or lots of lukewarm water and a neutral ph soap before applying Elicina Cream on patted dry skin. Apply a little in the morning and evening and also after shaving or waxing and wait a few minutes for it to be absorbed before placing sunscreen or non-comedogenic make-up on top (products that will not make your skin acne-prone).
